Delivery Costs & Times 

Costs for Delivery
For all products within our website, any orders over €50 include Free Delivery. For orders under €50, a fee of €3.54 will be applied to your shopping cart.

Local Delivery 
Delivery of goods only to Malta. For Gozo. and international clients please make contact through our email. Click here.

Delivery Times
The delivery will be within 5 to 7 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). 

Collection from Store
You may opt to collect your purchase from our store at St Ann’s Veterinary Clinic, Triq il-Faxxina, Swieqi. The collection is free and the processing time for your order to be ready for pickup is within 72 hours from when you placed the order (excluding Sundays and public holidays). We recommend calling us on tel: +356 9986 6641, before you come to collect to ensure your order is ready and waiting for you. Kindly indicate collection from store in the Additional Comments on the check-out page.

Damages During Delivery
If you believe an item has been damaged in transit, please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery time by contacting us on [email protected]. Failure to report any damage within the specified time frame means you have accepted the state of the delivered product/s.

Additional Notes
We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

You may request a specific date for delivery by entering a comment on the check-out page.

We do our utmost to fulfill delivery to your specified requirements and to our best abilities. If a situation beyond our control inhibits the immediate delivery or the delivery on a particular date selected, then we will attempt to deliver at the next available time.

We retain the right to change our delivery costs, and the structure of charges, at any time in the future.

Out of Stock / Replacements
In the unlikely event that the item/s you order is not currently in stock, we will contact you to see if you would rather change the order to a similar item, wait for the items to be available, or cancel the order and receive a full refund.


Returns Policy

Refunds
When the goods delivered are different from those ordered we must be informed within 3 working days of order.

Returns Policy
You may return the items ordered until five (5) days after the goods are received. You will be responsible for returning the goods to our stores. The goods must be received unopened, in their original packing, undamaged within the stipulated five days. You will be refunded once the goods are returned and checked.


Payments

Payments must be done with the delivery of orders. We accept Revolut, cheques, cash, and credit cards.
